Smart Services© by Successful Smart Business Co.

Real support for owners ready to share the load.

Smart Services© is hands-on business support from Successful Smart Business Co. We take on the everyday operational work behind your business — your HR, your systems, your books, your website — so your time goes where it actually counts. It starts with Executive Business Support.

Service 01

Executive Business Support

We help you manage the everyday work that keeps a business running, so you don't have to — and at competitive rates.

People & HR

Hiring advertisement copy and placement; creating, refining, or undertaking onboarding; creating or refining internal policies; and the team paperwork that keeps everything in order.

Operations & Systems

Creating or refining processes, forms, and systems; cleaning, setting up, and organizing systems; cleaning and organizing your sales and marketing assets and data — the structure that keeps your business running.

Bookkeeping & Financial Admin

Recording and categorizing transactions; reconciling accounts; organizing receipts, invoices, and expenses; cleaning up and maintaining your books; and getting your numbers ready for review.

Website & Customer Experience

Building, updating, and maintaining your WordPress website; adding forms, booking links, and client-facing tools; setting up chat and support touchpoints; and polishing the customer-facing details.

How it works
01

Start with a free session

We begin with a complimentary Just In Time© session — normally a $150 value, and the rate for future consults — to get oriented on you and your business.

02

We evaluate together

We work through a detailed checklist to see exactly what's in place, what's working, and what isn't.

03

Choose a package & begin

You select a package, sign a simple agreement, and work begins.

The packages

We recommend starting with Heavyweight. We almost always find that files and systems need cleaning and organizing before anything can be mapped, refined, or maintained. From there, clients step down to Loaded, then Lightweight.

Recommended to begin
Heavyweight
40 hours

Setup, deep cleanup, and getting files and systems organized — before anything is mapped, refined, or maintained.

Loaded
20 hours

Refining and building on an organized foundation.

Lightweight
10 hours

Maintaining a well-oiled machine.

$22.05 / hour + HST · applied to every package

You'll never be caught off guard

We always give you notice when 5 hours remain, so a package never ends by surprise.

A note on additional costs

Third-party software and services — bookkeeping, marketing, CRM tools — are paid directly by you. Out-of-scope work is welcome, as long as your purchased block covers it.

Working with us

Wonder how you can work with us?

A few honest answers before we begin.

How can I work with you?
We keep our roster small on purpose. Right now we work by invitation and referral only — with owners referred by current or past clients we've loved working with, or who've received a personal invitation from SSBC. If you're reading this, you're one of them. This may open up in the future as our capacity grows.
Can I see references or talk to your other clients?
No — and that's by design. Given the nature of the work we do inside a business, we don't discuss our clients or put them forward as references. The fact that you're here means you were referred or invited. If you'd like to learn more, Jules (bottom-right) can answer your questions any time.
What happens in the first Just In Time© session?
It's a focused working conversation — complimentary for you (normally a $150 value, which is also the rate for any future consults). We get oriented on your business and what's pulling at your time.
How do you decide what to actually work on?
After the session, we go through a detailed checklist together to see exactly what's in place, what's working, and what isn't. Your package is built from there.
Which package should I start with?
Most clients start with Heavyweight (40 hours). Files and systems almost always need cleaning and organizing before anything can be mapped, refined, or maintained. From there you can step down to Loaded (20 hours), then Lightweight (10 hours) — maintaining a well-oiled machine. You'll always get a heads-up when 5 hours remain.
What about software or subscription costs?
Tools like bookkeeping, marketing, and CRM software are billed directly to you. Out-of-scope work is welcome too, as long as your purchased block of time covers it.
